Just Init. patch, nothing else. Using Cubase 10.5. Regular Massive has all patches. When I do a scan nothing happens. I use to have patches but just undated to Komplete 13 UCD. Hmmm... Anyone else having this issue.

    Hey Skitter Hawk,
What is your operating system ? What version of Massive X have you installed and what version of the Massive X Factory Library have you installed ?

Windows 10, and I've just upgraded to Komplete 13 UCE, so should be the most current version. Also when I tweek anything in the Init. patch it crashes Cubase.

Hey Skitter Hawk, the thing is to make sure you have installed the latest version of Massive X (1.3.1) AND the last version of the Massive X Factory Library (1.3.0).
If that's not enough, resetting the Massive X database usually fixes this kind of issues :

    Reinitialize the MASSIVE X Database
    1. In the Windows File Explorer, navigate to the following folder:
      • C: > Users > Username > AppData > Local > Native Instruments.
Note: "AppData" is a hidden folder. Read this article to learn how to display hidden folders on Windows.
    2. Delete the Massive X folder
If that still didn't fix the issue, then get in touch here :

Hey Jeremy, Thank you sir!!! Once I deleted the Massive X folder in AppData/Local/Native Instruments it reloaded all the patches and everything is as should be.
