master clock two Tpro setups possible?

ok guys someone has to have figured this out already...my friend...and i both use our own seperate tpro setups with vci's. he uses a audio 8 dj for his card, and i use a motu ultralite...anyhow....

how the heck can we set up a master clock for both systems to read off of? is this even possible? that we we can seamlessly mix and do effects off the same master clock....i hate having to beat match by ear --yes i know thas the way to do it..and i can...but i would like to see if its possible to sync off a master clock for the both of us?


any solutions?

 

try connect this two computers with midi cable between audio 8 and other midi interface for 2nd computer

 

My friend and I are trying the same thing but are having trouble setting the master clock. What settings should we have to make one computer the master time clock and the other the slave to receive the bpm from the master computer? We have tried every combo we could think of and the best we got was a fluctuating bpm message on the slave. Please verify what the proper midi connection would be as we tried a number of combinations from audio 8 to audio 8 and midi controller to sound card as well. Thanks.

 

Same Problem with Traktor Pro 1.2.2

Hello, me and my friend have the same Problem since the last update.
Before, with the older version everything worked fine over ip midi and ethernet network! with Midi Cable too!
But now we dont understand how to route the midi clock signal in T exactly, ?:-(
1ne Mixer as Master and one Traktor Slave is still working
