Master Slave Sync in 1.1

how does master works in 1.1. I play with timecodes and 2 decks and the phase meter is doing everythink she wants.Master is of and in deck A and in deck B .How to tell TSP 1.1 witch is the master and syng my songs?

 

Have they released a manual addendum for 1.1.1? I didn't see it as part of the dload package.

 

you can use the 1.1.0 manual addendum, that shold be in your documentation folder

 

It works different than 1.1.0 works

 

1.1.0 never was released
we had 1.0.2.011 and now we have 1.1.1.001
but the addendum explains the new clock modes

 

there is one fix that was last minute that pushed the release number to 1.1.1 to make service center handle it correctly... if i remember correctly.

 

exactly, but the fix didn't have any influence on the content of the addendum. maybe NI should have changed the version number for the addendum to avoid confusion

I also don't see it in service center's available downloads. I am downloading the update directly because my connection can be unreliable over 2 hour spans so I am using a downloader that can potentially resume if it dumps (again)

any idea where I can download the addendum directly?

None of my tracks have the bpm analyzed anymore and also they will not beat match at all. No matter what i do it wont sync or even light the button, although i did get the sync button to half light up

Cant say im massivly impressed but some good changes some not

off, topic, but you'd know this if anyone would. is "synchro start" the same as mapping "synch" and "play" to the same midi note?

 

synchro start means that traktor keeps the sync button on, even when loading a new track, in 1.0.2 the sync button went off when loading a track

so its more a combination of "load" and "sync"

 

so do u think I should chnage my map to reflect this. Right now I have play and synch mapped together. Should I get rid of this and just enable synchro start? is there an adverse effect to using both? have i been wrong all along to be synching at start rather than when I load. Sometimes when i start a new track there is a bit of a glitch. Would this go away if I were to synch on load rather than on start?

 

i still have "play" and "sync" mapped to the same buttons and didn't change that, keeping it as it is causes no harm

what you mean with glitch? does it happen in 1.1.1 as well? is beahvior diffrent is sync button is already on before you press the play/sync-button?

I thought synco start was the "count in start" (when you toggle sync before play it starts exactly on the next beat) from traktor 3?

when it's only a automatic toggle for sync, where is the real advantage?

 

Thank God I work with control cd's,because in internal mode sync button is useless. This update is total miss....someone has a solution?

 

still none knows about this? u can change the master in auto mode by clicking the master button on each deck,is there any other way?
also i couldn't find a new manual with the update...

 

After 2 nights live in club 1.1 in master clock in auto mode does not work perfect with timecode cd's when you sync 2 tracks ..
