Master volume only goes half up by CC-7

    I find that the Master volume, which responds to MIDI controller CC-7 only goes up to about the 12 o'clock position when sending value of 127.

    When I move cc-7 slider all the way down to zero, master does go to zero, but when I move it all the way up (value = 127) the B3 value only goes to 12 o'clock, as said.

    If I move the Mater volume of B3 with the mouse, of course, I do get louder sound out of B3.

    All other softwares that also respond to my hardware cc-7 do yield max volume when slider is all the way up.

    Please some one look into this for future, if found to be true, and not just my case.
