    I really love this middle eastern / swamp blues guitar flavour in this clip at 5:12.

    Any idea which preset or rack set would best recreate this in guitar rig?

    You know you need a bottleneck for that right :) I'd make a sound like that with first the Spring Reverb or Vintage Verb, then the Tweed Delight or Tweedman, replace the cabinet with control room, cabs & mics or control room pro with tweed or twang cabs, tweak with mics, (ribbon?), add delay and studio reverb.
