Metaphysical Function - Speed

    Hi!
    MF manual says that Speed button controls the overall automation speed and can be set to one of four levels, presumably multiples of each other?
    I understand it's a free running, non-syncing sound generator. But, what is the speed starting point or does it relate to anything? Is there a default speed?

    It changes the clock speed. Frequence on Clock Osc (trig) and Amplitude on LFO pulse (value) via Accumulator.
    Need for the moves of automatic faders.

    Well, since I'm not experienced enough to get into the gut of Reaktor "plumbing" to have a look, was wondering what the Clock might be to start with? Because MF is running from launch before anything touched, so it must have an initial clock speed?
    And, there's a finite length of an automation loop, that length remains a mystery too so far :) I tried to measure it in milliseconds by drawing automation very very slowly, but it seems to vary... I mean, it's not terribly important because the MF is a fantastic tool. Only sometimes when working out ideas that sort of info would save time.
