Midi CC interpolation

    Is there a ready macro to interpolate MIDI CC values? As everybody knows, you can only receive 128 values, and this is small resolution which can cause audible "jumps" between values. You could interpolate between them to have smooth changes. Is there a macro which does this?

    And there's always the Slew Limiter if you need dynamic control of the rate of change.
