    hi all,

i search for a modul or a way to set a range of data. (midi-keys ect.)
a modul with 3 inputs and 1 output
in1: upper limit (knob or fader)
in2: low limit (knob or fader)
    in3: input-signal
    out: cut input-signal

    an example:
    input-signal = 0-127
knob (upper limit) is set to 127
knob (low limit) is set to 60
    output-signal = 60-127
all data out of the cut range will set to 0 !!!

    please help me!
    thanks!!!

    have a nice day,
    DanielxK48x

You want the seperator module [modules->event processing->seperator]. This sends data to one of it's 2 outlets depending on wether it is above or below the threshold. You'd have to build a little macro to have an upper and lower limit. Also, I very much doubt you really want out of range data to send 0. More to the point is not sending anything ;-).

    Happy patching.

    hi,

    thanks for the answer.
I can split a signal with a seperator, but that doesn't solve my problem!

I need a modul to set a range of midi-keys.
example: all notes within of range is allowed to pass the midi-gate signal (0-1) or other data on the input.
all data out of range is NOT allowed to pass the modul.

    what can I do?

Use the Note range (auxiliary) module?
