Midi mapped Kontrol X1 Mk2 has stopped working in midi mode

Hi,

I've been using the same midi-mapping for my X1 mk2 since I bought it last year. For some reason it will no longer work in midi mode and I'm not sure why. Really need some help on this asap as I have a gig next weekend.

Can anyone help, please?

Not sure if it has something to do with my girlfriend getting her own X1 recently and I may have plugged that one in rather than my own.

My usual routine when I open Traktor is to select the X1 Mk2 in Controller Editor, make sure the Port In says 'Kontrol X1 Mk2', then to trigger midi mode on the X1, before then selecting Port In to say 'None'. Am I missing a step?

 

The same mappings for a second X1 Mk2 are working fine on my girlfriend's set-up (she has Traktor Pro2 but a newer MBPro - her's is 2018, mine late 2011). However, the drop down menus for port in and port out look different on hers.

Mine look like the attached images. The bit on mine that says '1 input' and '1 output' is different...hers just says Kontrol X1 Mk2...
