    Hello anyone,

I have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to use these fu**ing modifiers and no luck what so ever. I have followed online tutorials with still no luck. Please can someone explain how to use modifiers in a easy simple way. What i am trying to do is pretty simple, on the x1 the on button (first button all the way on top) is next to a knob. The knob currently controls the dry wet on FX3. what i want to happen is when i hit the on button (toggle not hold), instead of the knob controlling the dry/wet to control the deck master volume instead. I think this is pretty simple but have not figured out how to do this, it really shouldnt be this difficult to do something simple like this. Please can someone explain how to do this.

Midi Modifiers are doing my head in also. Just started trying to use them and I'm clearly too dumb to figure them out. I just want to control two effects with the same knob and still can't figure that out!

Sorry marouf88 but I'm also trying to figure out the modifiers. what you are trying to do is set up a toggle with the modifiers, I'll go read the tutorial about that and get back to you.

@Mighty Atom: What you are trying to do (if i understand correctly) is actually called a "Macro command" and shouldn't have anything to do with modifiers. To control the parameters of two FX with one knob just go into control manager, press the button labeled "add in" at the bottom left of the window, and this will give you a drop down menu of stuff the program does. In that menu depending on if you are trying to Macro two chained FX, or two parameters of one advanced FX, or a combination of both, choose either "FX chained" or "FX advanced" which gives you another menu of stuff that controls the FX, choose the one that says effect amount 1,2, or 3 for chained FX or choose the one that says effect param 1,2, or 3 for advanced, click the one you want to "link", then press the "learn" button and twist the knob you want to assign this parameter to, do this once with each different parameter and it should manipulate both at the same time... I think. Hahaha

Can anyone tell me how to assign the "EQ kill" function to the -100% value of the EQ? i.e. I need my EQ knobs to fully kill at the bottom.
