midi + Pitch suggestions

I've noticed two things so far using the beta last night.

1. i use two controller at the same time to perform audio+video sets, i use traktor to play the track another software to control my video. i have a faderfox dj2 to control Traktor and Numark total control the other software. I've noticed when i use my total control it also triggers some buttons in Traktor and at one point it even cued back my track which was playing on the main PA. previous version had an option to manually select from which port to take midi input, but i'm not able figure out in this version of Traktor.
2. the tempo is still not how it used to be in Traktor 3, i have to use the sync button to match them to the other track otherwise there are difference of few fractions

any suggestions to the midi problem would be really appreciated, as far as the tempo problem i hope the NI team improves it in future releases.

In 1.x there was the global midi controller seciton, where one could enable or disable MIDI controllers. This has been moved to the "controller manager". here for each MIDI mapping you can find the "in-port" and "out-port" drop downs in the upper right hand corner. select the appropriate controllers that you want the given MIDI mapping to receive/send messages from/to.
