MIDI problem in Pro 53

I'm running Pro53 in Pro Tools (Along with the rest of Komplete 4) but I have a weird thing going on.

I can play and hear the Pro 53 when I use the built in keyboard on the Pro 53 interface (On Screen)

When I play my Midi keyboard the midi light on Pro 53 lights and the keys depress on the screen bu I get no sound.

Am I missing something

I am not a ProTools user but maybe the most likely cause is the midi channel.

I'm a Pro Tools user and I've been aware of this problem since the UB release. I contacted tech support by phone and notified them of the problem. This is definitely a bug - it is not pilot error. Pro-53's sync to midi clock also needs to be addressed, as it has no function Pro Tools.

Pro 53 Problem In Pro Tools?

Man l love the sound of what this can do but every time l load it in as an RTAS in PT 7.3.1cs3 it doesnt work. I trigger my midi controller, l get a zap( probably the preset sound) for half a second. Then when l try to trigger it again all l get is silence. Basically it doesnt want to work after this. All other NI's are ok.
Is this a bug that will be fixed? I hope so, the sounds are mad!

if you put it on an Instrument track try to select any input channel ...

the default for instrument tracks is no input ... try to select any input ... and bee shure that in midi routing it sends midi to pro 53 ..

Yeah l have tried that. On a new session it seems to be ok-ish. If l put it later into a session doing exactly the same thing. I get the "zip" sound then, no sound at all. But if l load a different NI, say Absynth. It works. But Pro-53 wont.

Hope that makes sense.
