Mikro Prism presets in Prism?

I just bought Prism (Version 1.6) and I notice that the presets from Mikro Prism aren't included. Is there any way for me to get those presets in Prism? It seems redundant to me to load up Mikro Prism for a few presets but there are some in there that I really like, hence my purchase of the full version. I've searched and seen older threads on this topic but not any conclusions, seems they used to be included but were dropped for some reason.

I am not using the full version of Reaktor.

    Thanks!

That's how it is. Reaktor Player is for, get this, PLAYING. Not for deep structure editing or patch bank modifications. That's why there's a full version of Reaktor that can do anything and everything.

I understand the differences between the full and player versions. What I'm griping about is just that the Mikro Prism presets aren't included with Prism, especially since other forum posts indicate that they were included with previous versions and were removed. I'd like to consolidate the two and remove Mikro Prism from my system.

NI is clearly perfectly interested selling instruments that can be hosted by Reaktor Player, and the general idea is that those synths will work like any other synth, just inside Reaktor. It makes sense that you wouldn't be able to edit the instruments or use them in larger ensembles, but it's not much to ask that they be able to save presets and load preset banks. That's how any other soft synth works.

I think that issue will be resolved some day, and future Reaktor Player versions probably will be able to save presets. I knew what the current limitations were however, and I don't mind. Prism is great and it's worth it to me. I just want the Mikro presets.

fwiw, Reaktor Player can save 'Presets' - these are individual edits saved as a 'Preset'.

    BUT

it can't save 'Snapshots' - or Snapshot Banks. this is needed for what you want to do.

The solution would be ask someone who does have the full Reaktor to load the Micro snapshots into Prism and save them out in preset format

Would anyone mind explaining, the differences between snapshots and presets (I'm a noob!) I have Reaktor player, and I've bought Prism. My friend also owns Prism and FULL version of Reaktor. I've made some great sounds on his computer. Is there any way of getting them into my player?

    Thanks.

snapshots are individual adjustments of knobs, switches, ... panelelements to save a specific sound of the ensemble. That's what you want.
Snapshots can be saved and loaded as a snapshot bank ( <filename>.ssf ).

You get the pulldown menu by clicking on „edit-button”. If you see this button in player version you can use it. BUT when loading a snapshotbank into another ensemble both ensembles have to be fully compatible. I doubt that micro prism and prism are compatible.
BTW NI uses the same wrong expression for snapshots because „normal” VST or AU instruments use „preset”. So „snapshot” would no one understand who doesn't have REAKTOR.

A „preset” as you say is a screenset which is one or more view(s) of edit-windows (which can be the panel too). It is for developers who want to jump between several windows which show parts of the structure (only full version). The nomenclature of posts from above isn't precise.

So the expression „preset” in REAKTOR is unclear: use „snapshot” and „screenset”.

Thanks everyone, I was puzzled today and finally saved all Mikro Prism presets in the new Bank .ssf. Then loaded that bank in full Prism, updating .ens.
