missing help docs and factory libraries

    Hi, I can no longer find my Reaktor factory libraries nor any of the Help docs (trying to open from within the standalone version). I reinstalled Reaktor - from Komplete 8 - and that has not solved the problem. There is still no Library folder eg no C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Reaktor 5\Library\
    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Assuming you've reinstalled correctly & also done a search on your HDD to check if they've been installed to a different location, I think your next course of action would be to contact NI Support.
