Missing Komplete 5 DVD ?

Hi there,

I just bought Komplete 5 and by looking at the included DVDs, I can see that there are two Kontakt 3 disk D DVD (the last two DVDs are the same). How make Kontakt 3 DVDs are supposed to be there? Is there a Kontakt disk E that was supposed to be there instead of a second copy of disk D ?

 

oh man, that blows..you get your product and they messed up...

yes, there is a disc 'E'. i would say get back to your dealer or better yet maybe NI will just mail you the missing disc. good luck

 

Yes, there are 5 Kontakt DVDs (A, B, C, D & E).

I would call NI Sales or your local dealer and tell them you are missing a DVD (explain the duplicate DVD).

My Question also is how many DVD Sets are there? I have Set I and Set II
but The only Discs there are for Installation [1ea]; Akoustik Piano [4ea]; Battery 3
[2ea]; Kontakt 3 [A thru E]. I'll check the install disc, maybe the rest is there?

 

I just received my Komplete 5 today (after UPS lost it for a few days- man I was sweating bullets).
Here is what you get
INSTALLATION DISC
STEINWAY D
BOESENDORFER 290 IMPERIAL
BECHSTEIN D 280
STEINGRAEBER 130
BATTERY 3: DISC A
BATTERY 3: DISC B
KONTACT 3: DISC A
KONTAKT 3: DISC B
KONTAKT 3: DISC C
KONTAKT 3: DISC D
KONTAKT 3: DISC E
and the NI neck lanyard- had to throw that in there- not sure why the included that in the box- was hoping for some stickers or something (would love to put something on my laptop)- oh well- guess I wear the lanyard.

 

I have the same issue! Did you ever get this resolved? how?

 

I just bought and opened my Komplete 5 and found it has 2 x Kontakt 3 disc C DVDs... but Disc D is missing.

Have logged a ticket with support and asked them to ship me a disc D. Now i have to wait for that disc to arrive before i can fully install Komplete 5.

How is this possible? Was someone smoking the whacky tobaccy that day at the NI factory? :angry:
