missing voucher

    sorry im not sure if this is the right part of the forum for this but here goes

    i bought komplete audio 6 the other day, ive registered it online but my voucher has not came trough, how can i solve this ?

    got my Komplete Audio 6 over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my e voucher aswell, send a message to customer service, you may get a reply like be patience....

    same here. bought and registered Komplete 8 two weeks ago, and i'm still waiting for the e-voucher AND the retro machines Mk2 download link from the support. guess one just has to be patient. :/

    so a question for other forum members ? how long did it take to get your e voucher from NI ?

    just copy and pasted this from NI terms and conditions :


    The coupon/e-voucher is not contained inside the product box!
    After activating your product (or registering your hardware), the e-voucher is sent via email!
    For technical reasons it may take up to 24 hours to receive your coupon / e-voucher after product activation / registration.

    i know, ive now waited over 48 hours, ive messaged NI support so im just awaiting a reply.

    however i think its a new system NI have in place, i bought maschine about 2-3 weeks ago and got the voucher in the box... if it is it doesnt seem to work to well.

    I also have not received a voucher or response,I purchased my Maschine last week and haven't heard anything the only thing I will say is when I needed technical help they were right on and got back to me fast but vouchers nothing.

    I have only ever had to use NI support once, and was a nice easy service... hopefully it will be the same with this voucher issue...

    i submitted a ticket to them yesterday so im going to leave it till mid week.

    have any of you contacted NI support about this ?

    yep this is wot I got back 12 days ago :

    thank you for contacting the Native Instruments Technical Support. A new ticket has been created for your request. We will reply to your request as soon as possible. Please note that a reply can take several days depending on the complexity of your request and other individual factors.

    and again last week :

    thank you for contacting Native Instruments.

    A new ticket has been created for your request - we will reply as soon as possible, please be patient for some time. We appreciate your understanding.

    I feel a call coming on to NI, should not promise e vouchers if they cannot provide.

    hope you dont have to ring them.... it should a fairly easy thing for them to solve.

    i think NI should go back to putting the voucher in with the product its self.

    this is the lastest email from NI support regarding my e vouchers :


    Please register your product first, that our
    system can generate your personal e-Voucher Code.

    If you have problems, please contact our registration
    support.

    product was registered 3- 4 weeks ago and is showing in my service centre....think they need to keep off that german beer :S

    that german beer is good stuff... im off to a german xmas market tomorrow and plan to have plenty of it =D

    ive registered mine it is showing on my NI account but not in my service centre :confused:

    im just awaiting a reply from NI for my ticket (submitted at weekend) i feel im going to get a similar response to yours... luckily its only a small amount on that voucher.

    got to the bottom of it me thinks, had another ticket yesterday asking me to register the serial number on the bottom of the hardware ie Audio 6 box, so did that in the hardware reg section, and badda booom a ticket arrive this morning..happy days, if only I had the correct info in the begining all would have been good, so register your software and hardware.....ok :D

    FWIW, I've never received any voucher from NI for any product I was supposed to get one. Komplete 5,6, and 7
