Mixer Recommendation

    Hi. Thanks for checking this post out.

    I am in the process of putting together a modular set up, and am looking at several options for the mixer.

    I'm stuck between the Xone DB series and Pioneer DJM line.

    Cases and arguments favoring one over the other, in the current market?

    There are numerous pro's and con's for each.. But in the end, it comes down to taste imo.
    I'm a Xone guy..

    hard to say....I personally prefer the DJM.
    For me it´s more structured in the design and it´s as well the most used stuff within clubs.

    but this says nothing and all. as kalle mentioned: personal taste.

    Never used a DB but I've owned a Xone 62 for over 10 years. Simple layout with excellent sound quality.

    Not sure which Allen & Heath mixer I listened to, but compared to the DJM-900 Nexus, the Allen & Heath mixer used in the same venue by the same dj's had much better sound quality.
