Recently, my MK3 has just decided it doesn't want to start up. The screens will only show "Machine - Production and Performance System" but never go any further.
None of the pads or buttons respond to touch but Ableton does recognize the device despite not being able to send or receive anything.
When I run the Maschine software, however, it does NOT see the device connected.

Yes, I have tried turning it on and off again. I've uninstalled and re-installed the drivers, I've updated the firmware to 1.4.1.
When I run the controller editor, it says the Hardware Controller Support is not running, so I went to the following page and followed the instructions:
    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/212545345

Nothing has helped. I've put in a support ticket with Native Instruments nearly two weeks ago but I still haven't heard a response.

    Any suggestions?

I know you said you've tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, but have you done this with the controller disconnected from the computer with reboots in between?

Yes, I have. I've tried both before and after reinstalling the drivers.

And just to absolutely confirm: the Mk3 was not connected via USB when you did these installations, correct? If it was or you're not sure, disconnect the Mk3 entirely, then reinstall the driver or even run the 2.6.10 installer again.

Connect every thing out of your usb except maschine and let maschine get the nr1 usb slot. Restart cpu

Ok so i fixed it, i uninstalled every windows update, uninstalled drivers from device manger and when it asked to uninstall driver software, i checked it. Rebooted. Then turned mk3 on after boot, let windows install drivers, then i updated newest driver. Rebooted, yhen it installed software driver, took a minute to finish..rebooted again and boom in biz.
