    This thread contains two suggestions.

The first is to add a mod wheel to the Maschine hardware. This Wheel would modulate in finer increments than the master encoder and would be map-able to other parameters than just pitch. It would be nice to possible make this a joystick-like controller instead for triple-axis (left, right, up, down, diagonal) control.

The second suggestion is to allow for tagging fields by color. Of course, to avoid confusion, only one field within a given sound or sample filter should be color tag-able. This way, a user could make all kicks appear green or all hi-hats appear purple (or which ever color they should choose).

I think these two added elements would bring lots of added value to the Maschine experience. Thanks for listening.

EDIT: Obviously, the suggestion of a mod wheel is intended for the MK3 hardware.

I was just about to post color tagging. That should've been an obvious inclusion by NI with the introduction of the mk2. It deserves its own thread so that NI doesn't miss it...:)

Word, maybe I shouldn't have grouped the two together.
