Modular Icons how-to?

The Modular Icons instrument for the Kontakt Play Series looks irresistable, due in no small part to the included sequencer. Try as I might, though, I cannot find any instructions on how it works anywhere online, either official, unofficial, or otherwise. Has anyone put together a how-to for this instrument, and if so, where can I find it? Thanks.

Parenthetically, I think the lack of an official user manual from NI is greatly hindering enthusiasm for this instrument.

 

All controls in the instrument have help text when you hover them, you just need to have Kontakt's info line enabled.

 

The sequence takes a bit of sorting out (to a novice) and I've asked if the (on the way) manual can identify where the various samples came from specifically (just out of interest!)

Just check out the factory patches, many of them have the sequencer going on. It's pretty easy.

 

I love the sounds that this produces. The sequencer looks fiddly but fun! Well worth getting.

 

Part of my problem was interface bugs, fixed in the update. I needed to stop the sequencer to make changes on some tabs. That confused me.

In my view too many patches come with the sequencer on by default, making it hard to gear the raw sounds. Overall a much better instrument than hybrid keys and friends once you get the sequencer
