    I have three questions:

With a molekular license, can I incorporate the molekular ensemble into my own ensembles? Can I incorporate individual molekular effects into my own instruments? If neither are so, must samples be loaded into molekular by way of the reaktor player?

    Thank you for your time.

Not sure about thefirst question , neither about the second .

YOu can just insert reaktor/molekular as a vst effect .

You could include it as a whole multi fx inside another ensemble, and it does also work well as a live effect using the Reaktor Fx version. I think it would be harder to deconstruct into separate ensembles though for individual effects, Looking at the internals I find it highly obfuscated and I don't think they wanted it to be broken up and redistributed. However most of the individual effects were originally available as separate ensembles as part of the Kore 'Deep' soundpack series, but you would need to own those of course.
