more envelope breakpoint modulation options

going beyond the already insane amount of envelope breakpoint modulation options :

- make "audio mod" a modulation source for envelope breakpoints as well in the envelope window's "control" tab (see screenshot to see what i mean).


-since we can already have more than one envelope to modulate the same parameter, a very nice addition would be to (automatically) add an envelope crossfade (or morph) control slider/knob (like Massive has) which can also be modulated by all the usual suspects.
