    I also know how to slice on an MPC...:confused:
    But this is all irrelevant to NI`s Maschine slicing options.

    It would be cool if we were able to lock the shift function on knobs. That way we could edit knobs and stuff with more precision without having to hold down the shift key. It would also be cool if you could edit by how much the value changes. Sometimes you need to do big edits and you may want a higher ratio of value change.

    Yeah. Logic is great for sampling., its not as immediate as an MPC and if Maschine were to get there act together it would be a great option as well. But for now I just use maschine for drums, and even then the latency is so bad on the that I just use battery or ultrabeat half the time.
