More Than 8 Mono / 4 Stereo Audio Inputs?

I have more than 4 external synhts connected to my mac. Each synth is controlled by Maschine over midi. It would be great to have the audio for each synth routed back into Maschine on separated channels so I can add FX and do internal routing and mixing.

However, in Maschine's Audio Preferences I can select max external 4 stereo inputs. Is there a way to increase the numbers of inputs?

 

No there isnt. This issue comes up once per quarter. Theres a feature request already in the repsective forum in case you wanna join the "petition".

May be we see it in 3.0 software version, because Maschine is now marketed as a "robust production software" which would certainly need more than 4 stereo ins.

Currently no, cross your fingers and maybe it will be available with the upcoming 3.0 software that everyone is speculating will be released at the same time as the new MK3 model

I have 40 inputs with lots of gear and really want to make Maschine as my main DAW for some projects.

That was posted before the Mk3 was released, back then everyone was kind of expecting it to be released with a new major software version (V3).

No news. News about what's to come don't happen very often if ever. I wouldn't be counting on more inputs coming anytime soon, especially not 30+
