Most of my libraries now are in "demo" mode

I purchased Komplete 10 back in 2016 or so. Now most of my instruments are in "DEMO" mode and time out. My email has changed since I bought Komplete 10. I’m registered in Native Access with my new email (changed a couple years ago).

Please help, this is frustrating!

This happened after I went into Native Access to see where a particular library was installed on my machine. I made no changes, just looked at the file path, so it obviously has something to do with that.

I’m right in the middle of a project using several instruments that all of a sudden I can’t use past 15 minutes. Not good.

 

Ok, so after researching, it is an old email issue. I don’t remember the password for the old email account I initially registered with and it no longer exists. Surely this happens a lot.

 

I assume the only way around this is to have NI do something on their end? Does anyone have any ideas?
