Moved from PC to mac....slight issue

Hi,

I purchased Traktor a couple of weeks ago to create some mixes for a party. I've since fallen in love with it.

However, when I used it on my PC the SYNC mode made getting tracks mixed in nice and easy.

I've just bought a Macbook Pro and uninstalled on my PC and re-installed Traktor but I can't get the track syncing to work. It's really annoying me as I can't simply plug in and mix my fave tracks.

I am not an aspiring DJ and know SYNCing is cheating but it was convenient.

I have all the same settings on my PC in "preferences" but still it won't auto-sync/beatmatch.

I've googled it a million times but can't get a straight answer.

Did u put it on beat sync? It could be on tempo sync.

 

same go into settings and change it from tempo sync to beat sync

 

If it don't work check out Ellaskins on Youtube for tips on how to beatmatch properly.

That doesn't work......My PC was set to Tempo and it works just fine...

 

Try re-analyzing your tracks

 

Done that, still doesn't work. Same program same settings as my PC but different outcome.:S

 

Wierd, just went from a PC to a mac book pro. No issues here, but if there were, I would just beat match them.... learn to beatmatch, screw the sync!

 

I use moved from pc to mac too and everything is fine apart from the usb3 issues. Did u try reinstalling traktor on your mac?

 

re-installed but still having issues re- syncing.....?driving me up the wall!

 

well, i did nothing to my mac and now it's started auto syncing
