Multi - Automation - Naming?

    I am learning how to use battery in multi tonight. I had no idea you could do this and have thus ignored battery for year. Silly me.
    Watching videos and consulting the manual I figured out how to set it up and that I can click the automation tab and assign a host or midi automation paramter by adding new and dragging to the control to automate. Is there a way to name these myself? A:5 Pan isn't as descriptive as "Clap Pan" for example.

    Also, when I go to Abelton it shows up as "Pan" rather than A:5 Pan, so I really have no idea what it will control an hour later when I've mapped a bunch of things.

    Right now I have 5 things names "Pan" .... When I go to edit my clip, I'm like "Umm pan what? 1...2...3....4...5 ok it's the 5th one so that's my ummm hihat"
