    Hi all

I'm trying to build a core cell which contains all of core's built in filter types and allows the user to select one with a knob in primary.

Obviously I only want the selected filter to process audio in order to save CPU - this is causing me some trouble.

I've attached a screenshot of the core cell so far. The problem is that all of the filters are outputting values - the selected one outputs audio whilst the deselected ones output zeros. Then, because the merges are receiving events at all ports, only the events received at the bottom input are sent to the merge output.

How do I stop the deselected filters from outputting any events?

    Thanks
    Chris

Sorry - just realised this should be in the Builders forum - not sure how to move it

you can add a gated-clock-module which stops the SR-clock inside non used filter-modules.
