while using the patch "brahms", there are clicks coming from the "multicomb" effect.
anyone have this? is this a side effect of the mutlicomb filter?

Hm, I can hear some faint clicks occasionally, but cannot reproduce it reliably. Doesn't seem to be caused by the multicomb though, but could have to do with the voice-stealing. Try increasing polyphony and see if this helps.

    hi dream,
yes, i did increase the poly to 64, same clicks.
when i muted the combfilter, the clicks went away.
i check both osc. as well...thought there might be an issue with the wave form. etc...
    thanks for your help!

If reducing level isn't helping this might be slight CPU spikes, since short (polyphonic) delay operations can be pretty delicate. I had a similar problem with the Massive insert delay fx while my mail software was constantly accessing a small USB Drive.

    hi summa,
    wow, ill try that!
you know there's so many diff. trouble shooting things to try sometimes i overlook obvious ones...
i have to say that it seems the clicks are at the same time position, but i havnt confirm it yet..
    thanks for your comments!

    so ive done some testing.
    turned all un-needed processing off.
    used max polyphany
the clicks are dif. coming from the milticomb filtering
    here's an mp3 example

i do hear a strange envelope thing going on in between chords.
    these are 4 note chords.

ideas to get rid of clicks?
or is this just inherant in absyth effects?

I'd give it a try, but am not able to find that preset. I probably have to check how to rebuild Absynth data base, I never tried that since I hardly care about the build in sounds of a synth ;)

Ok, found it on my 2nd installation, my plugin computer (i7, Windows 7 64 Bit), I can't spot any clicks so far, but cpu meter is hardly moving even at 64 voices. Have you tried to increase the latency/buffer size of your audio device?
