my effect buttons are not mapped on my cdj 400's

    hello all

    traktor duo v 1,2,3:
    overall i am very impressed with traktor, when i used a demo version everything mapped and worked fine so i bought traktor duo, but now my effect buttons dont control the effects on traktor as they did on the demo version, i have no clue how to mapp them manually can anyone help me
