I used my Guitar Combo on my old Computer with no problems but now I've moved onto a new Computer I've never got it going. I last tried in January but in the end I gave up. I've tried uninstalling and everything stays the same. Native Instruments can't help me and I can't find any records of what Behringer Customer Support has to say so I gave up but it is annoying to have this product just sitting there, not working.

I have installed the latest Service Center and it doesn't even acknowledge the Guitar Combo Software, it just says all the software is working fine but there is no software installed. When you load the Combo Program it executes with no problem. You plug the USB lead into the Guitar and after a short while it says the Device Drivers are now installed and working properly but the Combo software doesn't see the Guitar, you can play and the VU meter just doesn't respond.

Reading through my old Emails from NI I was asked to make a Support file but this seems to be something specific to NI and they say it's up to Behringer to sort out. Please someone can you help me?

    ?

First you say there's nothing installed and then you say the software loads up. I'm confused...

What are your settings in GC's audio/MIDI settings?

You don't understand, I don't blame you. I have the Guitar Combo Software installed. I have the Service Center Software installed. When you use the Activate tab in Service Center it says "All Products are Activated" where the Overview Tab shows a list of products with no products in it, a non list, even though Combo II is also open in the same screen.
    MIDI settings are Soundcard:
    ASIO, 44100, BEHRINGER USB AUDIO.
ROUTING INPUT, Guitar I/P 1 and 2 go to IN 0 - BEHRINGER USB AUDIO and IN 1 - B. USB Audio with the OUTPUT going to the same.
MIDI has the input with nothing listed and the output as Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth on.
When you plug the Guitar into this arrangement the blue light on the Guitar glows showing power to the USB I presume but nothing you do on the Guitar has any impact on the Combo Software, it just doesn't respond.

I really hope this is of some help.

Deselect the GS wavetable synth; you don't need MIDI out in this case, and selecting it automatically selects your built in soundcard..
    Are you getting sound now?

As for why Combo's not showing up- uninstall the Service Center and delete the Service Center folder. Reinstall using the version here:

    https://co.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=freeupdates#NI_Service_Center

Run it. Does Combos show up now?

    Hello Sir.

Only this week did I give away my 1/4" Adapter to a friend, so long is it since I used my Guitar I had forgotten I needed it so I can't hear anything but the VU meter is responding just the way it should so I say Thank You so much, Behringer were helping me about a year ago and then they just stopped mid problem and wouldn't respond to my emails no matter how often I tried so I just gave up with it.

Do I need the Service Center to see the Combo as I'm now reluctant to mess with it now it's working?

    Again, huge Thanks.
