I know as i play around more with it , i'll think of a thousand more but here are a few to start:

More file compatibility : Rex, Battery, Akai, MPC, sf2
More slicing options - with a "stretch option" like recycle
i have already found myself missing that
A better way of microediting the sample with the knobs. Right now you cant fine edit with shift and play the sample with a pad at the same time
    MIDI export.
    Count off
    Groove Templates
    Drag and Drop from DAW
    Time Stretch
More quantize options such as the ability to quantize selected notes
(can you already do this and i just haven't figured it out?)
More than 16 sounds per group and banks for the groups (like on an mpc)
Change pitch/tempo of the whole pattern/scene like the mc909 turntable emulation
    Useable effects presets like Battery
save/load all which includes transfer of sounds, groups, scenes, etc to the project file. Someone like me that has a mobile setup and a studio set up, is going really get in trouble locating samples as i use this professionally, i can see it already.

+1 Even a Battery has this ability to save project with samples to a directory (say Cubase project folder). As to me - i dont want to to it with Maschine itself, may be through the Maschine software it would be nice...

i am pretty sure you can select notes for Quantize. i think the default selcts all, but i think you can just decide to choose some notes and not all by un-selecting all and then selecting the ones you want.

there are some fx presets in Maschine.

i agree with your other points, but personally don't need a count off.

also, if you import samples (tab them) into your Library, you do not need to re-save them as a project file.
