Sorry Chilly, since you don't own the Komplete bundle you are not eligible for that title and we won't send you those business cards either.

I'm TeLLy and I'm an NI whore; not because of the products I own or don't (but I do own quite a bit), but because I am buying the Kontrol X1 and will be rubbing it all over myself with olive oil (and lemon) at every gig. Also soon I will buy (or steal chilly's) Maschine and play it without pants.

Oh and the Desolat vinyl. Yes indeedy-o.

I'm an NI Ho too, I'm one of those angry impatient "are you done yet fool? now wipe up your mess an git the hell out my bi'nizz" types. I gotz me all kinds of the NI goodness but me an Telly will fight it out over Chilly's Maschine. Dammit Chilly why couldn't you live in Flo'ida or Papaete or somewhere nice like Bikini Attol, its frigging cold in Michigan this time of year.

I spend what little free time I have teaching people how to use their toaster to install Da Traktor Scratchity Scritch timecode and the Soundblaster 16 off the Warez CD they bought from EBay. I do this mostly to keep Karlos busy, but also mostly to amuse myself watching em struggle to try to live the DJ dream.

Remember this: The bagel setting on most Toasters is for 33RPM Timecode only. You must set the toaster volume to max for best results. Smoke coming from the toaster means installation is in progress, large flames signals completion. The smoke alarm going off indicates you need to buy a new CD from The EBay and try the installation again. please don't give up till you've tried this process at least 5 times.

Became a beta tester back in '07 when Traktor Scratch was first in development, to becoming a moderator and involved with other projects.

Drove to Edmonton for a Grandmaster Flash show in December 07 after boxing day. I wanted to see how he would incorporate Traktor Scratch since all the dj's in my area at the time used SSL.

In September '08 I did a Presentation on Traktor Scratch at the University of Regina for their DJ Techonology workshop a couple months after setting up their DJ lab with turntables and mixers. After I did the various DJ workshops with High School kids. I was presented with the opportunity to install Traktor in the DJ lab as well late '09 at the time.

This is the website launched from this project, http://www.interactivemediaandperformance.com/

I drove all the way to Cali with two friends for Namm this year so I could meet the NI team. I went everyday all day and ended up doing two demonstrations at the NI booth on the last day. That was an awesome trip, I really didn't want to come back. My friends and I still talk about this today and would definitely like to do it again. Man, did I meet alot of people, I still want to live in Cali.

I was informed mid December that the project was approved and I will setting up 14Traktor Scratch Pro stations in the DJ lab come mid January sometime. Then I will get to teach Traktor workshops and train users on it.

Another project was supposed to be a scratch/break record, so hopefully we still get to work on that project.

I wonder if we could get NI to sponsor it? ;)
