My Previous Registrations are gone!

    Some time ago I was going to sell Absynth 3 which was an update from Absynth 1. There were some difficulties because my update was a d/l and I had only d/l the Mac version. Bottom line, we cancelled the sale. I re-registered Absynth 1 and was able to purchase Absynth 4 update which registered fine through the Service Center. However, I also noticed that NONE of my NI products are listed in my account except for Absynth 1 and Absynth 4.

    In my service center I have activations for Kontakt 2, Akoustik Piano and Absynth 3 and 4. Only Absynth 4 actually showed any updates even though I know there are updates for Kontakt I haven't yet installed.

    I assumed that was because someone deleted all of my registrations instead of just the Absynth ones. However, I cannot even add them as new registrations in the online registration manager so I'm kinda stuck. I can't update my products.

    The service center won't get the updates I assume because my online account doesn't show Absynth 3, Kontakt 2 or Akoustik Piano as being registered. I can't register the serial numbers online for some unknown reason so I can't get the registrations into my account. I can't de-activate the registrations in the service center which I assume would allow me to use the service center to re-register them.

    I'm hoping I can do something short of deleting and re-installing everything.

    I have a service ticket in on this RS 268889.

    Any help would be appreciated.
