My Two TSP2 problems

Hi

Since upgrading to TSP2 iv not been able to use my cdjs with it.
my setup is 2x 400's, djm 800, audio 8 and x1.

I can't find the option to allow me to use my 400's, on TSP1 there was the little buttons under the waveform with cd n vinyl on them, can i get em back?

And second my x1 randomly doesnt work, it'll be fine for a few weeks, then all of a sudden no response, it lights up when i plug it in, but nothing from that, and i doesnt change after restarting, unplugging and so on. Dont think i had this problem in Traktor 1.

If anyone can help it'll b really appreciated as im gettin pretty pissed of with now

1) Those icons don't mean CD or vinyl. They mean ABSOLUTE and RELATIVE, with regards to how timecode works. Click on the deck letter to select SCRATCH CONTROL.
2) Maybe you're not getting enough USB power to the X1. If anything open a ticket with NI.

 

the X1 problem is a known issue for a few users with the new software, its happened to me quite a few times but since the 2.0.2 upgrade it has barely happens at all. i find what makes it work 99% of the time is disabling any audio drivers you do not use when using TSP2, such as your computers audio drivers.

DJ Mgj i downloaded the upgrade when this happened last time and it sorted it at the time, but now i'm back to square one.
Jus tried disabling the other audio devices and no change. Thanks anyway

 

After re-installing everythink about 5 times its finaly worked, thank god. But at this rate im gonna have to go thru this every month or so.
Any ideas what the problem might be or is it just bugs in the software?
