My X1 is half crazy......

Hello everybody!

Sorry I need help... I have a problem with my x1...

since a while with the latest version of traktor pro 2, I get the problem you see on the video...



1- the knobs works but the button to activate the effects don’t response

2- the play button doesn’t work as well but the cue and the hot cue works

3- when I want to scroll in the library, I pass the tracks 2 by 2 in the playlist instead of one by one..



I have to say, before to get traktor pro 3, i get the same problem with traktor pro 2 (2.11.2), so i tried with an old version of traktor pro 2 (2.10.3 29) and it fix my problems..


I just get traktor pro 3 and I have still the same problem!
i try different drivers for kontrol X1, now it's the latest one who is install.



I have a MacBook Pro 2013 retina with Mac OS Mojave

Have you tried restoring the settings? Should be in preferences, under Kontrol X1 section pane, and there's a button that says "Restore."

If you don't see this section, then you have to go to Controller Manager, add, and add the Kontrol X1. Then do the "restore" thing and say yes, and it should fix everything. Otherwise, you probably have a hardware defect, or need hardware repair.

 

You have a duplicate of the same mapping installed in the Controller Manager\Device menu.

Delete all mappings for X1 MK2 and restart Traktor. That should do the trick.
