NA installation failed

    When I go to the website and download the latest installer, it will run in a loop over and over again, going from downloading the files to then install and then back to downloading and then install. The client won't finish.

    Any suggestions? Has been doing this for about a month now. Tried removing the NA from add/remove programs. On Windows 10.
