Hey all, I had a problem with Native Access opening with a blank white screen. Fortunately, I had the exact same problem with Arturia software a couple months back and the fix their support offered worked for Native Access. In my case, it’s the NVidia driver.

The fix for me was to go into the NVidia control panel settings and set Native Access to open using High Performance graphics as opposed to the standard graphics card. Hope this helps!

I realize this post is about 2 years old, but how exactly did you do this? Hoping it might resolve issues with my installation issues today...

    Thanks,
    Lou

    Hi kids,

It's August 2020. My PC must have Covid19.
Here's what my Native Access screen looks like:

    I've restarted.

Is this an NI issue or Windows?

Is there a simple way to fix or way to diagnose that doesn't require a master's degree in computer science?

    Thanks!

I'm having a similar problem. I do see the products I own but I don't see images for the products Native Access.png

I agree that rolling back drivers shouldn't have to be an option to resolve this.

I just opened my Native Access and it looks the same. All the thumbnails have vanished.

    Hey addhitman, tcr333, Mark Oxley.
Your issue is a little different from the original post. This was a temporary issue, the Native API team just fixed it. Here is the link to a post with other users affected :

To fix the issue I simply had to:
    - open regedit: win + R, then enter "regedit"
    - delete the folder entry located at: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Native Access
    - restart native access.

Update: it happens again with Win11, the method above also worked.
