Native Access resets libraries into demo mode

    Hello,
    as written in the support forum (but without getting an answer) i try it here once more:

    My Kontakt 5 libraries quite regularly are reset to demo mode.
    (It does the same with some Reaktor stuff, but that's not so important)

    So, i have to open Native Access, where it "installs" those libraries again.
    NA does this completely on its own, i don't have to reenter any serials etc.

    Is there a way of eliminating that bug?

    My OS is MacOS 10.13.6, latest version of Native Access.

    Hey EvilDragon, I recognise you from the Reaper forum. Fellow Reaper user here having similar issues with Native Access unable to see products already authorised, reverting back to demos. This happens pretty much every time I reboot on 10.14.5 Mojave. I've followed that link to the support page but I've tried everything on there. Including spending hours reinstalling and deleting the ras3 activation files, for NA to recreate them and then switch back to demo mode on next reboot. I just don't get it. I'm only having this problem on the newer products from updating to Komplete 12 ultimate. My older products not using this new licensing system are fine. Please, can we get a solution or fix as this is my job and it's really annoying having to open NA at boot every single time. Also where is the best place to suggest can we have touchscreen mode support in Massive X like you can enable in the Replica Xt plugin. It's much better for my Wacom.

    Can you tag in some support staff to have another look at it? I don't know what the recommended permissions should be for the folder where these licenses are. Be useful to know as it's not just me having this issue. No other plugins from other manufacturers are problematic, seems there is a bug on NI's side. Thanks for the link to the Massive X post, I've added my input there also.

    THis is happening with 3 of my libraries now too. What do we do? I need these products today and NI has discontinued phone support!

    Having same problem on a much larger scale! To make things worse - I have a deadline at the end of the week and it's taken out around 50-60 of my libraries including most of my core template and orchestral libraries (eg. Albions/Arks) which I need and set everything back to demo mode for whatever reason. It looks like some of the more recent (Kontakt 6 registered) libraries are still okay (that's a guess on my part). I've tried the advice suggested. It happened when I opened Native Access to change my Install path to a bigger drive because I was thinking of getting one of the larger Sonokinetic libraries on offer right now - but this situation has made me question the whole idea of using kontakt player libraries going forward. I can't afford for things like this to happen randomly. Raised a support request and still waiting for a response - time is ticking...

    Hi - I'm having a similar problem - Razor has gone into demo mode (I need to use it yesterday) see screenshot.
    Razor says it will action in demo mode for 30 mins - but stays blue and doesn't do anything.
    Tried reinstalling..
    Also demo mode suddenly appeared now for: Reaktor Factory Selection, The Mouth, Mikro Prism. All of which I have owned for many years..

    Native Access just reset my Cinematic Studio Strings library from Full Version to Demo. I have no idea why - it didn't touch any other libraries. I tried clicking Activate in the Kontakt 6 library menu and all it did was switch back to the NA app. I even tried relocating the library to generate a "repair" option but it gave me an "unable to install" error. I opened a support ticket on May 4th, but I need this library working now. Has anyone successfully resolved this for themselves? Thanks

    Does your demo work at least? The demo I needed (Razor) does seem to work on my system either.

    I'm on MacOS Catalina 10.15.4. I've been using Kontakt libraries since the days of Service Center and this is the first time this has happened to me. Honestly, given that my income depends on NA activated libraries, a glitch like this is scary.

    My other Cinematic Samples libraries didn't get changed:

    well this has just happened to me FFS. not happy man. i just updated native access and most of my libraries are now in demo mode!

    EDIT:
    well i'm a twat and feel stupid. After updating to the new native access, I used another email address that i registered with NA some time ago as i thought i purchased my libraries through this email address but turns out i didn't!

    This might or might not help you but make sure you're signing into Access with the same email address as you purchased your libraries with.

    I have komplete 11 ultimate and have had no problems for ages. When I start my pc I usually go straight to NI Access to see if there are
    updates (email alerts don't seem to happen anymore).

    Suddenly, yesterday and again today some of my instruments are showing in Access as Demo but then are 'installed' via access. The install is very much quicker than a normal install or update and so I am not sure what is happening.

    Not sure what I may have done if anything or is this a bug?
    I am on up to date NI stuff, win7, use up to date Reaper, and NI Access is v1.12.1 (R129).

    Any help appreciated.
