I have been using NI products for over a decade now,I own multiple versions of Komplete & have owned almost every NI product & just bought K 13 ultimate, but I am disgusted by the fact that NI feels it can destroy the user experience for everyone who pays top dollar for their software. Its beyond rediculous that after several years of this travesty of drm nothing has been done to fix this abomination. It demonstrates that NI can care less about anything besides money & protecting itself from pirates at the cost of making life a living hell for users who have a million times worse experience than pirates.

I have a win 10 pc with all updates,& I'm running a very powerful rig,I have never had so much headaches when I used to use the NI service center, but native access is bar none the worst piece of trash drm I've ever seen in my life.(don't even get me started on my Win 8.1 gaming laptop which doesn't work at all)

(You already know what the problems are,the software is absolutely useless in every way shape or form,it doesn't even let you install software without redownloading it all over again & having to redelete the software. I have installed it as admin & run as admin makes zero difference whatsoever. Komplete 13 U has like 100 different things to install & it will literally take you dozens of hrs installing 1 by 1 as is now required especially because it fails over & over & over,I had to try installing strativari like 2 dozen times before it finally worked)

I never had problems with Native Access. I use it on Win7, and two Win10 PCs. No, problem what so ever.

But I have a disc with installation files. Also, this time during Sale and early after NI download servers might be overloaded. Most of licences sold are probably digital ones, so the download traffic peaks to heavens....

Also depends how good/bad internet connection one has (and how internet provider treats situation that one keeps heavy downloading on for 10+ hours...).... It may be cause, why one by one works much better.... I personaly do not have problems even with bulk downloads using NA. I had to download over 100 GB of NI content and no real problem....

Generally would be good if NI let users decide if they want keep downloaded installation files for later use, like it was in Service Center. And also add offline activation of plugins, like it was in SC.... And uninstall directly from NA would be pleasant.... Maybe in NA 2. which is in preparation....

I have zero issues with Windows 10 on Thunderbolt PC using Native Access. I install as admin, install only couple of items at time, and changed default dns from isp to google or cloudflare. Only issues i had was due to one machine running Win10 update from 8.1, and doing clean install fixed all issues. Useless for you maybe, but not everyone.

This is the kind of post I don't understand.
Alright, you don't like Native Access and have issues with it but there's really no value to go on a rant about drm or write with such language.

As you can see around here, there's plenty of threads discussing the status of our products, painting a negative opinion in a respectful and constructive way. This is not it.
