Same symptom (12/21/2020). This worked for me after 2 hours trying all the other suggestions. Where did this registry hack come from? How would anyone know what values to input? Thanks.

Here's a solution that worked for me on a latest Windows 10 install. In my case, launching NA causes it to get stuck on log in screen or looking for updates, and I have both WIFI and Ethernet capability on my desktop. Make sure Native Access isn't running - check Task Manager and end any process called "Native Access". Type "network and internet" in the search box next to the windows start button. Open the "settings" app. Click "Ethernet" in the left and pane and "Change adapter options". This will open up the "Network Connections" dialog showing your available adapters. Right-click the "Ethernet" adapter and select "Disable". Then start Native Access. After a few seconds, it connected OK. Then I just re-enabled the Ethernet adapter again, and was able to download and install software. Hope this helps someone!

After 20 years as a Windows Software Developer - you get good at working these things out ;-) The 4 numbers are the X,Y window position and the width and height of the window. I think they get messed up on dual-screen / 4k monitors.

Had the issues with trying to run the app, initially saw the update page show up the first time and it would just vanish. Program ended. And just kept ending every time I tried to open it.

    !!!!!SOLUTION!!!!!
Don't extract the zipped file after it downloads. Just double click into the zipped folder and run the install. Installed and booted right up asking for me to sign in.
