I am switching my setup to a new Laptop with Windows 11.
When I run Native Access, it just opens up in the tray for a couple seconds then closes down.
I have tried running as an Admin and without the second monitor but no luck.
Any ideas? Is it not compatible with Windows 11 yet?

Same Here, it launches in the background (never in the foreground) and stays in the task manger, using 57 megs of ram.
I tried installing the latest version I could fine on the site (13.5) it told me that I had a more recent version but I installed 13.5 and the same thing.....
It's really annoying to make a version for Traktor for W11 and that you can't use it because the installer software is dead.....

Update, I found a 14.1 on the site, tried it, exactly the same thing, compatibility mode on all versions gives nothing.....

I don’t have 11, but wondering if there is a “Compatibility” Mode for 10? Or maybe try a CM for 8 or 7… maybe worth a try…

I tried all compatibility modes, 8, 7 Vista SP2, Vista Sp1 and VIsta stock......nothing works, and no compatibility mode for W10
It's a DISPLAY issue, the program is running (same for my old traktor) but it stays in the background and you can't see it and cannot bring it forward.

Is it showing in the taskbar? Have you tried holding shift and right click on the taskbar icon, if it is opened. Then you can try to maximize or move the window.

It's not showing in the taskbar, it's showing in the collection of icons in the right group (on top of the clock) and I can right click, left clic, double clic, whatever shift alt ctrl the only thing that happens is that I get an error windows that says (translated from french) that "the object was not in the appropriate state to process the method"

Thanks for the idea though :)

Very odd, I am running Windows 11 on both my desktop and laptop with no problems opening on either.

Is there a way to run it with a log creation so that we can see what's going on ?

    Thanks

Have you tried to create a new account with admin rights? Sometimes this helps on windows when access rights got somehow screwed.

I can launch it with admin rights, in fact IT LAUNCHES, but it just stays in the background, no window, no alt-tab.....it's just invisible.....
I think it would be very nice if SOMEONE from NI could help us on this one, this topic has been up since last week, >i am not the only one with the problem and there is ZERO support from them....
    Good hardware but the software.......

    Hi,

I have the same problem on a brand new Dell XPS laptop with Windows 11. I reinstalled everything I was using on a Windows 10 computer (e.g. Pro Tools and Waves) without a single issue. Only Native Access stops me from working.

Native Access just starts and adds the icon to the System Tray but when I move the cursor over it, it disappears. The event log shows the APPCRASH messages but the archive for the crash reports isn't available to me despite being the Administrator. I have included some screenshots.

I have tried the network change recommendations and disconnecting the displays as well as reinstall with Admin rights but sadly to no avail.

This is most frustrating and I would be grateful for any assistance to resolve this.

    Thanks,
    Miles
