Native Access Won't Update Komplete Products

    Whenever I try to update a Komplete product using Native Access, it will always download the update, but fail to install said update. The official advice is to use the uninstaller to remove the product and then try again, and that's fine for the occasional product, but this happens with EVERY SINGLE update to a Komplete product!!

    Does anyone have a more permanent/less annoying fix for this?

    Sorry, I don't have a solution for you. Just wondering what OS you are on ?
    I'm having some slight issues on Win7 with NA, but on Win10 things are pretty smooth sofar.

    Have you tried to start native access as admin if it's not doing it by itself? Also windows security can be an issue maybe.
