native access

    Hi guys need some advice ive reinstalled software, monark etc theough native access and for some reason its installing them all as disc image files where i have the option to mount, and when i install they dont seem to appear on the desktop as previously did so im not able to run them.

    help
    im using windows 10 with all updates installed
