Solved Native Acess is horrible

    Thank you stormchild for your feedback. I had tried restarting and following the various steps outlined above. But for me, the app cleaner worked like a charm. The only thing that refuses to install is reaktor5... it gives a consistent failed to install message.

    That is part of your sys. In later times there was a sys switch in mac OS between 32 and 64 bit. With catalina it's vanished.
    So you can't use R5 with catalina.

    This is correct. Reaktor 5 is not supported in Catalina. Here's a support post confirming it.

    If you don't have Reaktor 6 yet, it's a very nice upgrade.

    I'm a new user and when go to launch native access it won't let me it says there things that have not installed as in the attachment would love some advice

    I recently helped my son out with Native Instruments. He has been using it for the last 3 years thinking that the The updates were actually updating but he opened up kontakt 5 in front of me and I knew we should have Kontakt 6. I did some looking into and the native instruments says everything is up to date and nothing needs to be downloaded but all the instruments or saws I’m not sure the lingo are from 2017 and have not updated. I went to the native access website and copy and pasted every single product especially the ones that said download via this program. It’s said the product had now been registered once I copy and paste registration I wait ten minutes and there no programs to download. Please help
