Can anyone please confirm if they have this working on Windows 10?

I cannot get the browser up on the s61 mk2 screens when loading the Komplete Kontrol vst into a midi track, yet everything else appears to be working normally i.e. transport, mute/solo, mixer etc.

I wanted to submit a request but the website keeps looping back to the login screen...

How are you loading the Komplete Kontrol instance in Live? Are you loading the VST plugin directly on a track or using the Instrument Rack provided with the Komplete Kontrol installation?

Also, have you installed the Komplete Kontrol Script and configured it as a Control Surface device in Live yet? If this statement makes no sense have you read the manual yet?

    Thank you for your reply.

I followed the setup guide step-by-step copying both the KK Script and VST files into the appropriate locations and set the Control Surface device.

I'm loading the VST plugin by dragging and dropping it directly on to a midi track where it subsequently loads up. I can select any instrument using the mouse in Ableton and play on the S61 - I just can't use the screens on the keyboard for browsing/loading.

That is wrong for Live. There is an "Instrument Rack" provided with the KK install that you need to use:

    Manual: Page 25

Not the plugin. The instrument rack has an extra command within to allow it to talk properly (or something like that).

Also, have you at least opened the standalone application and made sure it has done a scan. You can open preferences and do a library rescan. That is required before first use

Wasn't that changed for the Mk2? I thought you no longer needed the instrument rack for this integration?

Nope, says so in the manual. I don't have an MK2 but I have already read the manual as that's something I like to personally do. It states in there, on the mentioned page, to use the included Instrument Rack. The issues I am seeing from Live users are the exact same issues after MK1 was first released and the Instrument rack was not being used.

As you rightly mentioned I was loading the plugin rather than going through the instrument rack - I managed to get the two muddled up! However, I did just try through the Instrument rack as the Komplete Kontrol VST.adg is sitting there and again it produced the same result.

I definitely opened the standalone application initially as that was where I had the first play around with the browser before attempting in Ableton.

Hmmm, from there I am not quite sure then.

I got there in the end although I'm still not entirely sure what was causing the issue.

I reinstalled KK and noticed in the list of apps and drivers there was an old driver as well as the mk2 driver so I removed it, went back into Ableton and it worked!

Happy days! Thanks for your time.

I am having the same issue on a brand new install of bothj, followed the instructions, using the instrument rack and no luck, any ideas?
