    We are looking for a highly motivated person and team player to help us create and extend our React web applications in our Berlin agile development team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining highly usable and scalable web applications connecting to our web services.     Native Instruments is looking for a versatile Fullstack Engineer (f/m/x) to work in the Platform Services Business Unit and help build the best possible online environment to inspire and empower all music lovers to create the future of music. You will develop and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure services. You will also create online solutions for integration into our products, and ensure that these are up-and-running 24/7. You are familiar with the full software life cycle, that can adapt quickly with a small, collaborative team. You thrive on envisioning, building, and implementing new products from scratch. In this role, you will be part of an international, diverse, dynamic, and cross-functional team of music enthusiasts based in Berlin.

    What You'll Do

    Develop, build and run a variety of scalable and robust application server APIs, microservices and client-side UI components
    Build highly performing web applications that interact with large amount of data catering to all our users around the world

    We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Art Director (f/m/x) to join our newly-formed Content & Creative team and lead the holistic evolution of Native’s brand and design language. The ideal candidate is a motivated and versatile creative with a fountain of ideas and a distinctive portfolio. You’ll lead change in our design process across all creative marketing projects – from product releases to artist collaborations. We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and who can further their development at NI, providing inspiration and mentorship as the leader of the design team.

    Conceptualize, design, build, and deliver design and creative for diverse projects across digital, social, and print
    Translate high-level concepts into distinctive visual styles and directions
    Drive the development of the Native Instruments brand design system
    Manage small to large–scale projects, working with the in-house teams and a network of external creatives and agencies
    Oversee the whole design process: from creating briefings to reviewing assets

    We are looking for a passionate, energetic and collaborative publicity professional to join our Community Marketing Team in Berlin. As the Communications Manager (f/m/x), you will be responsible for ensuring consistent coverage across media channels for product releases and campaigns. You must have an excellent understanding of the current media landscape and a solid network of media contacts that you are willing to expand on proactively. Furthermore, you are an analytical mind able to create frameworks for our global offices, seek out media opportunities and create tailored pitches, as well as accurately monitor and report the results of campaigns.
    As part of the global community marketing team, you will contribute to new initiatives and campaigns with your PR know-how and distinct point of view.

    What you'll do:

    Define and implement global PR strategy, manage global activities working closely with branch offices in LA, London and Tokyo
    Define media strategy for product and content campaigns, monitor and report results
    Manage timely product reviews, and guide journalists through review process to ensure factually accurate coverage
    Identify music and culture-led stories with brand and community teams, tailor content specific to media outlet
    Distribute release and content campaigns across PESO, ensure consistent media coverage
    Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within tech, lifestyle and music media
    Identify, manage and develop key media partnerships
    Contribute to the development of new initiatives and campaigns, support with PR know-how
    Develop tools and frameworks for local adaption, set quality standards, monitor results

    Then you shouldn't buy anything anymore, this happens at companies worldwide.
    A company wants to go further, if the employees are then unable to achieve this,
    they look for employees who can. Normal behavior in my eyes.

    I love it how every web dev position sounds basically the same.. buzzwords galore!!

    Stop getting HR to write your job descriptions and you'd have a better chance of attracting genuinely interested individuals... still I wonder if the web dev role can be remote or if it has to be in Berlin? I think it would be pretty cool to actually work for NI in this role, vs doing web dev for a corporate company that sells widgets ;)

    NI always had a ton of job openings in the link Skins shared for as long as I remember, pretty much normal... the only time it had nothing was during the layoffs a few months ago.
