Native Instruments Not Updating?

    I run ServiceCenter and download the updates and it unzips them, but doesn't even update them.. For instance I download the Massive 1.1.5 update and it unzips, then I go to open Massive and it's 1.1.2.

    After the unzip is the .exe file being run?

    Is the VSTi being installed into the expected folder? Can you Search your disk for the VSTi files to see where they are?

    Perhaps you need to run the .exe "as Administrator" (if on Windows 7 or Vista) - or run Service Center "as Administrator"?
