Native Instruments Plug Ins missing in Pro Tools First

    I'm having issues seeing my native instruments plug ins in Pro Tools First. I have a shiny brand new HP Omen laptop with windows 10 on the latest update and I've got an SSL 2 USB audio Interface. The plugins for the SSL 2 show up no bother, however the native instruments packs do not. I've tried uninstalling each and reinstalling with no success. I can see the AAX versions installed in the correct AVID folder, and yet Pro Tools refuses to accept that they are there. Anyone had this before that can help please?

    Did you set library path to folder wher ni plugins are and do rescan?

    The NI AAX plugins are already in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

    They show up differently to the other plugins which are loaded into Pro Tools.
