Native Instruments steal / take my money? Help?

    I bought Replica Delay yesterday. I still have not received a download link or serial number. There is nothing in my purchased history.
    But they have taken money from my bank / bank account. So I have paid for it.

    I have sent two e-mail to Native Instruments support but have not received a response.

    What should I do?

    Happened the same for anyone else here?
